I am very happy and grateful to share that I’ve successfully renewed my Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) status for another year, marking my sixth consecutive year in this incredible global community since 2020. 🎉

Being an MCT is more than a certification; it is an ongoing commitment to learning, teaching, and helping others grow their skills with Microsoft technologies. As we step into 2026, I am excited to continue this journey of empowering IT professionals, developers, security engineers/analysts, organizations, and communities around the world.

What It Means to Be a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT)

The Microsoft Certified Trainer program is a worldwide community of highly qualified technical and instructional experts. MCTs play a key role in enabling individuals and organizations to adopt Microsoft technologies with confidence. Being part of this community means:

  • Staying current with the rapidly evolving Microsoft ecosystem
  • Sharing real-world expertise through structured learning and practical training
  • Helping students advance their careers and achieve their professional goals
  • Collaborating with peers who are passionate about technology and education

Every year, the program pushes me to deepen my knowledge, refine my teaching approach, and deliver training that is impactful, relevant, and aligned with industry needs.

A Journey of Continuous Learning and Teaching

Since becoming an MCT in July 2020, this journey has transformed the way I teach, mentor, and contribute to the broader tech community. Over the past years, I’ve had the privilege to:

  • Deliver hands-on training sessions for Microsoft Azure, security, and cloud operations
  • Support organizations in building modern cloud, security, and SOC capabilities
  • Mentor professionals preparing for Microsoft certifications
  • Share knowledge through articles, guides, LinkedIn Learning courses, and community events

Looking Ahead to 2026

The cloud and cybersecurity landscape is evolving at a rapid pace. With innovations across Microsoft Azure, AI-driven security operations, and the expanding Microsoft Sentinel and Defender ecosystems, there has never been a more exciting time to be an MCT.

In 2026, I look forward to:

  • Continuing to deliver high-quality technical training across Azure and security domains
  • Developing new learning content, labs, and real-world scenarios
  • Collaborating with global MCTs, MVPs, and cloud communities
  • Helping individuals and organizations sharpen their cloud and security skills
  • Sharing field experience through articles, courses, and workshops

My goal remains the same: to empower others with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed!

Gratitude and Acknowledgements

I want to extend my sincere appreciation to:

  • My students and trainees for their trust and curiosity
  • My colleagues, partners, sponsors, and customers for their constant collaboration
  • The Microsoft Learn team and the MCT community for their dedication to excellence
  • My family, who have supported, challenged, and inspired me throughout this journey
